Terms and Conditions of LUNA AUSTRALIA

The below Terms and Conditions are acknowledged and agreed to by every purchase world wide.

Once the product has been purchased from our website you will receive email notification.
Please allow 1-2 days handling time by the Luna team before your item is shipped.

Luna ships express post Australia wide with an expected delivery time of approximately 2-4 business days within Australia

International purchases can be expected within 10-15 business days (this does not include weekends).

All parcels are sent using the following courier services;

  • Australia Post Express 

Luna wants you to be happy and in love with your purchase but we do not refund items for change of mind.

If you receive a faulty product from Luna, the customer must contact info@lunaaustralia.com.au within 7  days of receiving the faulty product. After a product has been worn or used, Luna is not responsible or liable for any damages.

Luna is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your in store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. Once an item is purchased through Luna Australia, you accept this as a part of our terms and conditions.

Luna is not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order. Once payment has been made we do not accept cancellations or changes of orders.

Luna does not gift sunglasses cases. If you require a sunglasses case please purchase the product off our website.

If you are wanting to exchange an item, all returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the product and customers wishing to exchange items within Australia must provide a prepaid regular or express postage bag with their returned items which should be in the original packaging. Luna does not wear the cost for postage and if you fail to provide a prepaid postage bag with your return you will be given an in store credit for the value of the product only.

Please note: sale and clearence items located on our sales page cannot be exchanged.
